Good Morning! I have seen this paper engineer work through video from vimeo and other German Art museums/and Puppet web pages. Her work is so amazing that to begin to understand the tools and cutting technique to produce the stories in shadow puppetry is a work of a lifetime. I have loved puppetry making since I was a little girl. Probably have to thank my grandmother and her nephew who invited three children/grandmother/and my mother to his television show in 1950’s in Chicago, IL. USA. I just wanted to create puppets, dolls, paper theater, and tell stories. I became a teacher and librarian for a number of years and learned how much children love fantasy and puppetry. THEATER IN ANY FORM-SHADOW PUPPETRY… IS WHAT I LOVE. Mrs. ALK
Love the work of this paper engineer who made beautiful stories through shadow puppetry. atk
